Our Drive-Down will begin with a luncheon\, followed by a briefing\, legislative meetings\, reception and dinner. The cost is $145.00 per person\, which includes everything EXCEPT YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION. You are responsible for making your hotel reservations if you wish to stay overnight.\n\n\n\nThe Government Affairs Committee has decided they would like to stay downtown this year. The two popular hotels available are Wyndham City Center\, 700 East Adams (217)-789-1530 and Abraham Lincoln Hotel\, 701 East Adams (217)-544-8800. We are not asking for a block\, as the online prices are the same on various sites. \n\n\n\nIssues to be covered include: Budget\, Transportation\, Tax Issues\, Education\, Healthcare\, Pensions\, Workers' Comp.\n\n\n\nPreliminary Agenda:\n\n	Meet at Saputo's Restaurant (801 E. Monroe St.) at 11:00 AM for lunch (lunch begins at 11:30 AM)\n	Briefing at 12:00 PM at Restaurant\n	Legislative Meetings at 1:00 PM in State Capitol Building\n	Reception at Maldaner's Restaurant (222 S. 6th Street) at 5:30 PM\n	Dinner at Maldaner's with Legislators at 6:30 PM\n\nRegistration Deadline: April 30th\, 2019.
