Learn proven strategies to improve those outcomes through positive practices.\n\n\n\n Speaker Bio:\nShannon is an Associate Professor and Interim Dean for the College of Business & Health Administration at University of St. Francis.  Prior to joining academia full time\, she enjoyed a career as a senior leader in the software technology professional services industry including serving as the vice president of client services at Exemplify and practice head of North American Legal Solutions for Tata Consultancy Services.  Shannon?s research interests include organization identity and its relationship to organizational culture and change and the impact of focused gratitude and other positive practices on mental and physical well-being.
