DESCRIPTION:Anti-Sexual Harassment Training\n\nAll Illinois employers must provide sexual harassment prevention training by December 31\, 2024 and annually thereafter.  To help members that have not yet met this requirement\, the Joliet Chamber along with Meghan Preston from Voorn\, Jaworski\, & Preston\, PLLC.\, invite all to access and share this video training with their employees.\n\n	Under the Illinois Human Rights Act\, Illinois employers must complete the training by December 31\, 2024\n	Employers who do not comply could be fined civil penalties based on the size of the employer\n	Registration is complimentary as a benefit of membership.
