DESCRIPTION:Did you know that 40% of the homeless population is under the age of 18 years old? \n\n\n\nIn this program\, we will present the issue of homeless students and rise in youth homelessness ages 12 years to 22 years. We will have professionals discussing how we identify students\, the causes of homelessness\, and how we reach these students to provide shelter and stability. \n\n\n\nThere will be resources for students and families to help provide for a successful future. The program will have a panel including a professional program director\, a school advocate\, and community advocate. \n\n\n\nHosting and Presenting Sponsor: MorningStar Mission Ministries\n\n\n\nThis is a free event!
