About Us

Youth Transformation Services® (YTS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving outcomes for all youth through mental wellness, game-based learning, and strategic education solutions that serve the whole child.
I am Charisse Beach, Founder/CEO, who served as principal of Premier Academy in Joliet IL., a Regional Safe School for middle and high school students from five surrounding counties for students who had been expelled from their homeschools. Under my leadership, an average 83% of students transitioned back to their home schools with grade-level or above credits. This marked my first professional milestone; and I felt compelled to share my knowledge and experience to encourage other educators and parents. I authored At-Risk Students Transforming Student Behavior in 2013.

Robert Beach, Co-owner/CFO, is YTS’ mental health expert and Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction at East Campus of Lockport Township High School. He works part time as a private therapist and provides direct mental health support for YTS' products and services. “I see therapy as a team effort, and love helping children, adolescents, and families make progress and reach their goals. In therapy, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Client-Centered, and Solution-Focused techniques to serve my clients. I further believe that everyone can accomplish great things through mentoring, counseling, and coaching."
We believe that when schools, families, and communities align, transformation is possible.
