The State of Illinois and the world's business\, churches\, and governments shutdown from a little-known virus COVID-19. Leadership expert Simon Sinek refers to this pandemic crisis as a "Great Revealer." The COVID-19 shutdowns\, as all crises do\, revealed to us the best and worst of ourselves and our leadership in institutions and businesses. Pope Francis writing on 12/1/20 in Let Us Dream\, noted that a crisis is a point of reckoning. If we get through it\, we will never be the same as before. We will be either better or worse but not the same. The direction we choose will be in large part due to our mindset. We have always known the importance of a growth mindset and the difficulties of having a fixed mindset in all life areas. One of the greatest revealers of the COVID- 19 is that we can move forward by supercharging our mindset to a possibility. This interactive presentation will explore a three-step process using five questions to help you develop a possibility mindset for you and your business.\n\n\n\n\n\nJohn Hackett\, Ed. D is a servant leader who assists leaders and organizations go from where they are to where they want to be by offering coaching\, training\, speaking services. John is a past high school teacher\, counselor\, administrator\, and university administrator\, and professor. Dr. Hackett has 49 years of professional experience serving non-profits and educational settings and for-profit direct sales organizations.
