I'm honored to join the Chamber on behalf of Andy and Sophies, a historic bar located at 931 N. Hickory in Joliet, Illinois. It is our goal to be a positive business in the Joliet Community. I was born in Joliet and still have family in town. Joliet is a wonderful community and we are happy to be a part of it. Nobody can ever match Sophie's cooking but I might try to have some specials and possibly days with a cabbage roll special in her honor.
