2016 Overtime Rule Change Seminar
The Department of Labor has finally provided the New Overtime Exemption Rules. Businesses will need to analyze ALL of their current exempt employees to assure those individuals are still exempt. The key is for businesses to get ahead of the game and identify any potential issues now and fix them prior to the regulations going into effect on December 1, 2016!
