2018 CWW Lunch August 2nd LaVada Humphrey "The 5 Second Rule"

Guest Speaker LaVada Humphrey will be discussing "The 5 Second Rule," written by Mel Robbins. LaVada is currently employed as a Corporate Trainer at Abri Credit Union. In addition, she is a motivational speaker, certified coach and trainer with the John Maxwell Team. 

"The 5 Second Rule" focuses on making quick decisions. LaVada will discuss how the brain, the subconscious mind, and the decision making work together to either propel you or stop you.
