2019 CWW Lunch April 4th: Mindfulness with Molly
Please join the Council for Working Women for our April Member Luncheon hosted at Harrah's Joliet Casino & Hotel on Thursday, April 4th. This month's topic will be "Mindfulness with Molly" featuring our guest speaker Molly Milavec. Molly is a CrossFit Certified L1 Coach, and a fitness instructor at Undisputed Strength Company and Rise Aerial Fitness who has been teaching and coaching for the past 12 years. She will be discussing yoga, meditation, and other techniques to care for ourselves.
