Join the Council for Working Women to learn more about clean eating and ways to stay accountable while being a woman on the go! Angie Aegerter is a Certified Personal Trainer and owner of Fit Foundation, which provides the public with health information and nutritious meals at affordable prices! Angie will demonstrate how to prepare two simple yet delicious meals, as well as give tips and tricks to build a healthy lifestyle.
