Anti-Sexual Harassment Training
All Illinois employers must provide sexual harassment prevention training by December 31, 2020 and annually thereafter. To help members meet this requirement, the Joliet Chamber along with Marji Swanson, Mahoney, Silverman & Cross, LLC., invite all to attend this webinar.
- Meets Illinois State Requirements for non-bar/restaurant industry
- Under the Illinois Human Rights Act, Illinois employers must complete the first year of this training by December 31, 2020
- Employers who do not comply could be fined civil penalties based on the size of the employer
- Registration pricing based on company/organization, not individual. Please indicate number of employees that will be participating with registration.
