Have you heard the news? The Grinch is lacing up his running shoes for a holiday 5K! The Joliet Region Chamber of Commerce & Industry presents the Santa Fun Run & Walk.
Event highlights include:
- A Santa Hat with every race registration
- Post-race party featuring hot beverages and an Auntie Anne's Pretzel truck
- Cookies, candy canes, water, donuts, bagels and more
- Special appearance by The Grinch & Santa Claus
- Group discounts
- Prizes for best individual and group costumes
- DJ Entertainment
Race Packet Pick-Up Dates:
- Thursday, December 1 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Friday, December 2 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Registration begins Saturday, Dec. 3 at 9:00 a.m. Race kicks off at 10:00 a.m. at Van Buren Plaza at the intersection of Van Buren & Chicago Streets in Downtown Joliet.

*REFUND POLICY: Since Santa has many upfront costs, we have a strict and uniform policy of no refunds or exchanges and no deferrals to a future year. We do understand that plans change, injuries happen and various holiday festivities and situations arise, but we feel it is most fair to apply a uniform policy to all, instead of a subjective line of who should receive a refund and who shouldn't. All purchases and sales are 100% final, no exceptions. Refunds will not be issued based on weather conditions and/or pandemics. Santa appreciates your understanding in this matter.

- Thursday, December 1 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Individual @ $30 each
Child (12 & under) @ $20 each
Group of 10+ @ $27 each
Children's Group of 10+ (12 & under) @ $17 each
