Speaker: Katy Leclair, President & CEO - Greater Joliet Area YMCA
About: Katy Leclair became President and CEO of the Greater Joliet Area YMCA in July 2021. Since joining the Y in 2013, she’s led operations across three branches and 50+ program sites, growing membership, doubling revenue, and opening the Morris Hospital YMCA in 2024. A native of Oak Forest, Leclair has worked for YMCAs nationwide and is active in local community organizations. She holds a business degree from Webster University and a law degree from Western Michigan University. A former college athlete, she lives in Plainfield with her husband, Steve, a high school dean, and their son, Austin.
