2nd Annual Homes for the Hounds
You're invited to the 2nd annual Habitat for Humanity's, "Homes for the Hounds" event! This is a fun and unique event, bringing the community together to support a great cause. The event supports Habitat for Humanity's mission: "A world where everyone deserves a decent place to live," (even man's best friend!) A portion of the proceeds go to "Paw" of Tinley and K9's for Veterans. The event will take place at the Habitat ReStore, on Saturday, September 9th, 2017, from 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
The public is invited to watch as businesses, organizations, friends, and families team up to build unique dog houses. The houses will be on display at the ReStore for 2 weeks following the event. The public may vote on their favorite dog houses, or bid on one to own through public media or by coming into our store.
