People with disabilities face disproportionate rates of isolation and depression.  The overburdened social services system fails many in their searches for employment, housing and other resources.  The Center for Independent Futures is committed to creating a future in which individuals with disabilities have access to all the opportunities in life.  Join C.I.F.’s Community Connector and New Futures Initiative Trainer, Valerie as she introduces CIF’s Bridge Builder project for creating inclusive communities, its New Futures Initiative model for families to create inclusive housing in our community, and transitioned adults with disabilities working toward fuller, independent lives of their choosing.
