Joliet American Legion Band Spring Concert (Fundraiser)

Community Event Announcement What: Joliet American Legion Band Spring Benefit Concert Location: Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park (IN AUDITORIUM) 201 W. Jefferson Street Joliet, IL 60432 Date: Saturday, April 30th Time: 6:30pm -8:30pm with intermission (Doors open at 5:30pm) The Joliet American Legion Band, an award winning all-volunteer organization founded in 1946, is pleased to present its first concert of the 2016 season. The concert will serve as a fund-raiser as the Band pursues its quest to compete in the Senior Band competition at the National American Legion Convention in Cincinnati, OH in late August. The Band is also hoping to raise funds to help offset the other routine expenses incurred by the Band throughout the year. Tickets for this concert will be available in advance through the Band members and at the Park. Tickets will also be available at the door if seats remain. Seating for this concert is limited to 350 patrons. Refreshments will be served. ? Adults: $15.00 ? Seniors (age 55+) and Students (with student I.D.): $10.00 The Band, a previous recipient of (38) National Championship and (52) State titles, would like to thank you in advance for your past support.
