Joliet Area Young Professionals Volunteer Event

We are teaming up on the ExxonMobil Veteran’s Club Sweat Equity Project to help out with renovations to a local Vietnam War Veteran’s kitchen.
We need you Young Professionals to help out with labor and tools.  Project will entail:
· Complete Removal of Cabinets, Countertops, and Flooring
· Drywall Repair
· Wall Prep for Priming and Painting
· Floor Demolition
· New Floor Install
· Hang/Install Cabinets
· Install Sink/Appliances/Countertops
Work starts both days at 7:00 AM and finishes at 3:00 PM.  You can sign up for specific time slot and/or activity based upon what is best for you.
 
Saturday, March 7
To-Do’s: Prime Walls, Paint Walls, Start Laminate Floor Install
Safety Items will be provided (gloves, eyewear, earplugs)
Lunch will be served at 11:15 AM
Call / Email Rosa if you can work from 7 am to 11 am and / or 11 am to 3 pm (or all day)
 
Also, let Rosa know if you can assist with some tools / supplies:
Cordless Drill, Table Saw, Circular Saw, Hammers, Screwdrivers, Horses, Levels, Shov-Vac, Sander.
*Paint supplies will be provided
