Panda Express is inviting Joliet Chamber members to be apart of their Launch Day and excitement of the newest Panda being born in Joliet as well as their practice of giving through fundraising and community programs.  The beloved mascot will be on hand for pictures and to spread joy.  And of course, there is always the signature Orange Chicken or award-winning Honey Walnut Shrimp piping hot waiting for guests after the ceremony.
