Siegel's Cottonwood Farm Pumpkin Fest Final Weekend Events

Siegel’s Cottonwood Farm, Lockport, IL:
Pumpkin Fest Final Weekend Events October 28 & 29, 2017

Saturday, October 28 & Sunday, October 29, 2017
Teacher Appreciation Weekend – In honor of all educators, Siegel's Cottonwood Farm hosts a Teachers Appreciation Weekend. All teachers and educators, their spouse and children receive free admission to the Farm and opportunity to watch as we smash thousands of pounds of pumpkins!

Special Needs Weekend – The Siegel family welcomes all special needs children, their parents and siblings to enjoy a day out on the farm with free admission.

“Save the Cans” Aluminum Can Drive Benefit – Siegel’s Cottonwood Farm and Chicago’s All American Recycling come together to “Save the Cans”, an aluminum can recycling campaign to raise money for Pink Heals Joliet (http://pinkhealsjoliet.org/).

Bring your bag of 10 aluminum cans to the Farm and receive $5 OFF Admission to Pumpkin Fest, and enjoy “Affordable Fun on the Farm™”. Our goal is to fill the recycling All American’s pink trailers to the brim, collecting 10,000lbs of aluminum. 100% of proceeds will go to Pink Heals Joliet and help individuals in need, receiving treatment for cancer, in our community.

For the past five years, the company’s “Save the Cans” aluminum can recycling campaign has raised thousands for Pink Heals Joliet and cancer awareness. “Save the Cans” brings awareness to cancer, and those in their battle, while encouraging everyone in the community to contribute to a cleaner environment by keeping harmful aluminum cans out of landfills.

Saturday, October 28, 2017
Life Source Blood Drive – Siegel’s partners again with Life Source to host a blood drive from 11a.m.-5p.m. Sat., Oct. 28. Donors will receive free admission to the Farm.
