2026 CLS (2.0) Continuing Ed - Building Trust in the Workplace
2026 CLS Continuing Ed
With a legacy of over four decades in nurturing and molding talented individuals into exceptional community leaders, Community Leadership School (CLS) takes immense pride in announcing the next edition of our CLS Continuing Ed program. As a CLS program graduate, you have already acquired valuable knowledge and skills, and now we are excited to offer you the opportunity to take your leadership abilities to the next level.
CLS Continuing Ed will consist of a half-day session covering the topic of "Building Trust in the Workplace."
Our program will feature three speakers:
Dr. Larry Wiers, Retired Superintendent at Troy School District
Kay Leclair, President/CEO at the Greater Joliet Area YMCA
Torrence Henry, Consultant at Infinite Consulting Solutions
Each will share their take on various aspects of building trust with your team at work. The program will also feature YouTube videos on the subject of trust, provide reading excerpts from two books on trust that will lead to a group discussion, and feature an exercise using a Trust Assessment Tool.
We look forward to seeing you grow and thrive as you take advantage of this invaluable opportunity.
Program will be held from 8:30 a.m to 12:00 pm. on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
