About Cornerstone Since 1969, Cornerstone Services has been a leader in providing services to help people with disabilities to live and work in the community. The agency assists over 1,200 people in Will and Kankakee Counties, with a focus on four service areas: residential, employment, behavioral health, and community day programs. Cornerstone staff help people find stability with a safe home, earn a paycheck with a new job, receive the therapy and medical services they need, or get active with many unique activities amongst friends old and new.
As a not-for-profit organization, Cornerstone appreciates tremendous support from the community. The agency is frequently in need of supplies for its many programs--including a robust art studio—and gift cards for community activities that individuals who receive services can enjoy together, such as movie theatres and restaurants. Cornerstone maintains an Amazon Wish List, where supporters can purchase supplies and gift cards that will be shipped directly to the agency and quickly put to good use.
The CWW is making a huge impact in the local community with our generous donations to helping others.
